Helpful to have ready

About how many feet of shoreline you have, or your plat.
Whether the land at the water's edge is TVA land or part of your own parcel, if you know.
A few photos of the bank or dock, ideally at both summer and winter water levels.
Your county (Roane, Rhea, Meigs or Loudon).
Any TVA Section 26a permit you already have for a dock, wall or riprap, and its date.
Whether a truck or barge can reach the work, and anything in the way, like trees, steps or a steep yard.
The names of everyone on the deed. TVA needs a signed form from each applicant, such as both spouses.
